As I wake up from my dreams
And live in my nightmares,
Where you are no longer here,
I realise how all things lack colour;
And all colourful things
Remind me of you.
The vivid sunset,
The golden starts,
The red moon,
Blooming flowers,
We won’t experience together again.
And when I look at the sun hiding through the horizon,
I promise myself one day I will
Watch all the beauties of this earth
With no tears chocking my soul.
But at least now, I cry at the bliss
I foolishly did not notice
Before your absence.
Now I live so that the part of you
Held tightly in my heart
Perhaps feels joy
For one more day.
